Down and up ... again

by Chip » Nov 30th, '16, 12:30

My apologies to all members of TeaChat for another unannounced down time!

I am in contact with ownership of the forum to ascertain what happened this time. I will report back soon ...

Best,
Chip

Thank you for checking on this, Chip--I'm sure I'm not the only one who's frustrated about how flakey the site's been lately (and how much traffic we seem to have lost as a result). :(

Unlike the previous down time that was due to a site update that was unannounced to me and the forum membership, this event was an unplanned event caused by a technical glitch.

In my discussions since the previous down time, Adagio seems to recognize the need to announce planned down time in advance so members are in the loop.

... and life goes on!
