https://robsbitsoftea.wordpress.com/201 ... ing-guide/

My latest post! This is the start of a series of brewing guides, aimed at novice tea brewers! This one is a bit more specific than the oolong/puerh guides will be. I want to put an emphasis on learning how to approach brewing new teas, and developing your own parameters for individual teas, as opposed to learning off a specific recipe.

I always like feedback so if you have a suggestion you think could make the blog, or this post better, do let me know!

Thanks!

I see Chinese using boiling water to make their green tea in plastic water bottles. Preparation & drinking is done w/o much thought, worry, etc. The tea seems to be much like water which one must drink & may enjoy sometimes or just gulp down.
I like your blog & think it helpful.

I find I'm consuming more water as a result of brewing green tea on a regular basis in a glass. Which has made me feel much better and healthier as a result of not being dehydrated! So I like this mindset :)

Thanks for the comment :)
