Dear all,
I created my personal tea blog. I had thought that if I had been writing down my experience with every tea I drank in the last 2 years, there would be a lot of entries. So I thought :"Why not?".
I wish I started this long ago. I use 11-12g of leaves everyday thus I would finish a bag of tea every 10 days. With 1 year I would had wrote 36 posts!
This blog does not mean to praise or give negative reviews on particular tea merchant, and they are my opinions regarding the tea. I have no any affiliation with any tea merchant. I have not received any money to write the reviews/experience.
Unfortunately, most of the entries in this blog now are about tea from O-Cha because of my current stock of tea.
The name of the blog is "Aftersencha". I was inspired by my friend to give the blog this name. The meaning of this name is because I write the blog AFTER I drank the sencha.
I am not professional on green tea ( because some of you are professional ), please be tolerant about any mistake I might make regarding any fact. Please drop by!
The url for the site: http://aftersencha.com
I also created a facebook page for it: https://www.facebook.com/aftersencha

Good luck with your new blog.
I will be moving this to the TeaBlog forum of TeaChat where it will be more at home.
I will leave a shadow temporarily.
Best,
Chip

Welcome to the wonderful world of tea blogging! I have a friend in Columbia who also blogs only about Japanese green teas. You two would get along famously

I read through your blog and it is nicely done! I would like to see a review of Miyabi in the near future if possible. If you've had Miyabi before, do you have any brewing parameters you can share with me?gunbuster363 wrote:

I have a bag of Miyabi of 2014 but actually I have never tried Miyabi before. If you are interested, I could open it after I finished with the current sencha. I would gladly share the parameters with you. But no I didn't have Miyabi of 2015 in hand.

Re: My personal tea blog
I am sorry. I didn't write about the Miyabi sencha of 2014. I haven't figured out the right parameters to brew the best tea of it. I might do it in later days.
Anyway, I added two new entries. One is about a Himalayan black tea and another is about the Museum of Teaware in Hong Kong. Have a look!
