Hi all, I do a 2nd steeping of all my tea (both black and herbal) and have gotten tired of cutting open tea bags to do so; I want to use only loose leaf from now on. My local health food store here in Washington DC has the following Frontier brand organic herbs. Can anyone make recommendations on what I could make with one or multiple herbs from this list? As usual, thoughtful, well-informed advice is always most appreciated.
fennel seed & powder
licorice sticks (50 cents each [USA])
Healthy herbs, rooibos, honeybush, decaf tea, and yerba mate.

These are all nice ingredients, but I think you'll need a good 'base' with leaf tea (Camellia Sinensis). I like to brew Teasenz' Bai Mu Dan white tea with lavender.
