yerba mate

I have had roasted yerba mate, which I prefer over the raw planty taste.

Do you offer it roasted?

Does roasting alter the benefits, as in cooking vegitables?
If yours is only raw, how would I roast it?

Thanks!
Cheers

This issue has come up several times in the past adagio does not offer and has no plans on offering yerba mate but often refers people to http://www.specialteas.com that are looking for it.
