How Much Chamomile Should You Use in a Cup of Tea?

by tvanslooten » Dec 9th, '15, 21:32

How much loose leaf chamomile tea should I put in one cup of water? When I do a search online I find several answers - from one teaspoon to 2 tablespoons in a cup of tea. I'm sure there isn't a perfect answer but generally speaking how much should I be using?

Thanks,

Travis

Like any other tea or teasane it is an individual taste but looking at the chamomile bags my wife uses it should be about 2 grams.
