If you're dead set on Organic teas, I'd recommend Rishi.... I'm pretty sure they still have green rooibos, too.

Organic green rooibos. They also have a few flavored green rooibos, but they are not explicitly stated as organic. Post a question on their forums if your interested - the owner usually replies quickly.
