Last night I had Calm by Tazo. It's been a very long time, five or more years I'm guessing, since I had a cup of chamomile but really enjoyed this flavoured version. It also contains hibiscus flowers, spearmint leaves, rose petals, blackberry leaves, peppermint leaves, safflower, lemon balm, lemon grass, sarsaparilla and licorice root.

Good stuff.

You can buy chamomile in full leaf/flower from right here on Adagio. It's pretty good stuff.

I get mine from a local organic store that has a nice section of bulk herbs. It may be worth checking if you have any similar specialty stores in your area. If not, Adagio's, as previously mentioned, is very good as well. I just tend to get it from the local place since I frequent it for other stuff.

I second that! I've always found the best chamomile in bulk at organics stores.

Friends of mine have had experiences where using too much (therefore steeping too strong) has made them ill, so it might be best to still measure it as you would a fluffy tea.
