Kunzan kettle for boiling water over gas hob?
Hello. I've purchased Kunzan tetsubin for boiling water (unglazed one) to use it on our gas hob. But come across multiple "no-no" for gas. Has anyone experience with these particular tetsubins on gas? Were there indeed noticeable marks or rusts from gas? Any suggestions how to minimise side effects without purchasing another hob specifically for the kettle?
