An oldie but goodie, "Chelsea Bird," a Royal Albert teacup. I'm posting but not "submitting" this photo because part of the beauty of this particular design, (my favorite,) is the lovely and delicate contoured handle. Look for it later.

Geek, I so love this cup. You've posted it before and it makes me want to search eBay.

Not the greatest of photo's, but I'm feeling lazy. I've got a thing for simplicity, so nothing too fancy or frilly.

And just for Victoria (not a contest entry) the Fred Parker

These are great photos! I'll have to see if I can manage one this afternoon...
Although my neighbors are all barbarians,
And you, you are a thousand miles away,
There are always two cups on my table.

Wow, I missed all these new posts!!

Geek - you are so mysterious with your "Chelsea Bird," posting but not "submitting" :?: :!: Let us see the handle pretty pleeeeeeezeeee!!

Tim - wow, you have the complete set??? It's beautiful!!! Love green!

Geek - Again! So beautiful - and what a gorgeous composition with the guitar. I'll have you know I snagged this for my current wallpaper. It's stunning!l

Trioxin - I love your simplistic taste! Love the Bamboo Knight, not sure I have ever noticed how unique the handle is! Ahhhh and there is the Fred Parker!! Lovely and simple, a great choice. Very nice - thanks for posting! (And I spy Japanese incense) :)

TomVerlain - very nice! I always marvel at delicate teacups that somehow stand over many years and many owners and or course many uses! Thanks for submitting!

Momiji....did someone say momiji??? I am on the case as well now.
That is a handsome cup. And my love of momiji designs on teaware
is no secret. There is a Mikasa outlet here. I need to check it out.

Tell me about it. I've been trying to complete my set now for over a year. At least I did manage to dig up 10 cups and saucers.

Unless they carry antique cups, you may be out of luck. I've been trying to complete the pattern for some time now. I'm about 3/4 of the way there.

Damn, no dinner plates. Kinda pricey for most of the items anyways.
