glass gaiwans

by jogrebe » Aug 4th, '06, 18:24

Are glass gaiwans any more durable than their ceramic counterparts? After reading about so many people having issues with their gaiwans being so easy to break, I'm considering buying a second on to keep on hand as a backup now that I am starting to use the one that I have a lot more often with my puerh.

I have a glass gaiwan and a ceramic gaiwan. I find that the glass one is plenty durable, and as an added bonus you can watch the leaves unfold (I like to think the leaves are dancing....)

It's good to have a back up indeed.
