Yixing enamel
Japanese Mons motif seen in late Qing period
Not sure what it is used for
7 by 8 cm

This is Japanese traditional craft "Banko" ceramic, not Yixing. The seal at the bottom is 萬古 (Banko).
Banko ceramics are originated from 18th century, and designated as "Traditional Crafts" by the Minister for Economy, Trade and Industry.
