Alright, this is a two-fold problem. First, I've been making green tea for the most part on setting I, with no problem, but, when I tried making a cup of the fantastic Valentines sample they included with my shipment, I got an eruption of boiling water that rivaled Old Faithful, meaning, I lost about a "cup" of water even before it made its way into the infusion chamber.
I have checked the seal, which seems to be fully on.
Secondly, my tea has been set on the 5 minute setting, but has not come down...any way to fix that?
