CHA-WAN! Uh... everybody knows what a big fan I am of Reid Ozaki's ceramics, right? I got this chawan at the Shoji show, (and there was another amazing green one, that I passed up, and now I'm KICKING myself, but I'm sure it's gone now...)

Anyways, I can't decide which is the "best" side, so here are all of them, LOL!

OH wow what a chawan !

Whats the inside look like of that canister, its beautiful. A really nice canister is next on my list. I may get one of the hand hammered copper tins.

Good choice! Since these are hand-made from natural materials they can vary a lot, but this one looks especially good. Which vendor?

Nice one! These still have the Banko look but are made of the shigaraki clay which I find very interesting. They seem to be selling quickly, so this must be a popular combination. Some of the Yoshiki kyusu at Artistic Nippon were Tokonames fired in the Bizen style during the artists visit there.
