I ordered a gaiwan from them back in July. Transaction went smoothly, the gaiwan was as described and nice looking. Shipping length was pretty standard 2-3 weeks from China to USA.

Thank you! I am torn between ordering from them or Umiteasets. The latter is offering me quite a better deal on the same exact items I want from this place (at least they tell me that they are the same items lol) but just can't bite the bullet yet.
