Re: What Oolong are You Drinking Right Now?
I am trying out my HOMEMADE grapefruit aged Taiwan Wuyi (aged for only 4 months so it's just a try-out). I posted about it a few months ago, will dig it out and post more descriptions later
I can decide yet if I like the taste better than plain tea. But it's quite interesting

Ali Shan spring oolong from norbu, finishing off the 2009 this weekend, trying to be disciplined and not rip open the bag of winter 2009 harvest until I finish this one. Also had some nice old standby ti Kuan yin, "sea dyke" brand, a darker roast version, toasty and nice on a chill gray morning.

Adagio's newbie Maestro series TKY ... really liking this one. Some may avoid this due to the name, that would be their loss.

Thank you. There are good answers, better ones ... but I must admit, this was the best answer.tenuki wrote:Chip wrote:I just found mine sitting on my doorstep one day.iannon wrote:http://www.adagio.com/maestro/brandon wrote:Where does one find these new Adagio teas?

weird, this aged tky died after 3 pourings in a pot, but it's been lasting for 2 days per set of leaves drunk grampa style. I'll have to try lower heat in the pot maybe.

Winter 2006 LiShan from Hou De slightly off bloom. Still "ok".
This is the end of it.
This is the end of it.
