That oxblood glaze is an amazing color! Very rich and deep. These new glaze techniques you are trying are definately producing some worthwhile results! Keep up the fab work

Hi all,
Thank you for all your encourgement and kind words. Also, Clareandromeda, here's an ariel view of the Stone Quarry Hill Art Park. I couldn't send it with the convo.

The Pottery Fair is in the barns you see and the "raku your own" is in the kiln shed that you can just see below the barn on the right just behind/to the right of the pine tree on the right.
Cheers, Bill

Hi all,
Glad you like the pics of the Art Park Clareandromeda. Beautiful isn't it?! It is a well run show with stuff for everyone. There is a claytown where you can make something for yourself, it's self hardening clay though, not for tea bowls or such. And of course pottery!!! I believe there's 75 artists this year. Lots of styles. I hope you can talk your boyfriend into going. I've seen my wife pulling that technique on me too. That's alright, even though I know what she's doing I still go along with most stuff. She's a good sport for me in return, makes a relationship work.
Cheers,

If the photos have failed to capture your imagination, I captured a short video review of some custom work Bill helped me out with.
