Yeah, seems to happen with most kinds of tea, and beers....

Last summer I went a bit wild for juicing freshly picked fruit one day, the washroom visits are much more appealing if all you have done is overdo the pu'erh.

Sorry.

I think the body adapts somewhat to the consumption of tea over time, creating less urgent bathroom runs.

I think that 30 years playing Rugby helped me adapt - drink 8 pints of beer then a 4 hour coach journey home.

That was only the away matches, and 4 hours was only 3 or 4 times a year, most away matches were between 1 and 2 1/2 hours.

I get little opportunity to watch and what I do watch tends to be 6 Nations and English premiership.

I used to watch Rugby league as a youngster - my local team threw the gates open at half time so kids could walk in free - we would watch the first half from an attic window in a house above the ground then run down at half time - but ever since secondary school it has been rugby Union.

I don't watch much of any other codes, but I was hooked on American football for a number of years a couple of decades ago. I particularly enjoyed watching the Bears and the Redskins. For the Redskins Riggins was awesome but Theismann, Monk, Jacoby and Bostik were very impressive. For the Bears Payton was immense and second only to Riggins as my all time favourite, and McMahon was great - Perry was an interesting addition for a couple of seasons.
Best wishes from Cheshire
