If located in the United States, you might try exploring The Container Store or maybe a purveyor of herbal supplies. Perhaps a google search...

most arts and crafts stores have lots of tins and such. also try some home/cooking stores.
are you talking about the sample tins or the larger canisters?

Occasionally folks on these forums will purge a collected stash. That can require some patience though.
