Ok every on i have a rathrer large problem.
I messed up and forgot to leave the top of my iced ingenuiTEA open because i rushed out. When i came back to my desk it was moldy. I got the mold out of the main compartment. But I can't get under the screen. Can any one help me? I really don't want to wait on a new one quite yet.
You don't have to get a new one; the mold can totally be cleaned without removing the screen.
If you have a dishwasher, put it on the top rack for the next load. The high heat of the water with the detergent will eliminate any mold. (Afterwards, I always rinse it out just to make sure there's no detergent residue.)
If you don't have a dishwasher, wash it well in a dishpan of hot soapy water, making sure to run that dishwater through the IngenuiTea (hold open the bottom release mechanism with your figures for a few seconds). Then rinse it out thoroughly.
Another way to eliminate stains, mold, etc. is to put in enough bleach to cover the bottom screen and let it sit for a minute or two. Wash it out well with hot soapy water. This does a great job cleaning out any glass/plastic/ceramic tea-stained bottles and cups and pots.

"Top off the tea... it lubricates the grey matter."
