Chiming in late, but I would definitely fall under "Chef Wannabe." I cook and bake, as taught by my parents, grandmother, and reading many cookbooks. I am still trying to learn as much as I can about different culinary techniques and also love to experiment with recipes to fit my mother's and my own dietary restrictions. Cooking without dairy products while trying to make things that Mom can swallow easily is always a fun challenge.
