It is the Tsuru Jiru Shi gyokuro from O-cha.
Sometimes when you open a new tea you get a taste you have difficulty to repeat on the following sessions.

Mmmm... First brews from some newly opened bags can be almost overwhelming. I wonder if its possible to maintain that kind of freshness through proper storage technique?
More Divini-Tea Organic Wuyi Oolong this morning. For $11 per 1/4 lb this has been a pleasant everyday tea.

Maybe but this gyokuro bag won't last long enough to experiment storage techniques.
