How to brew: Liao Fu San Cha & 99 Chi Tse Beeng

I am totally new to Pu and need some direction on brewing the following:

This is exactly what is on my order that just came in from Hou De Teas:

70's Aged Liao Fu San Cha (aged, loose, uncooked)

1999 Da Du Gang Yunnan Yuan Bao Chi Tse Beeng

Any help would be appreciated. I hope these are "ok" choices to test the waters of Pu but I would love suggestions.

You have a gaiwan or yixing?

This is a very good tea, and you might be put off at first by the strong earthiness.
I would encourage you if you are unable to appreciate it now to hold on to it.
