I haven't read and posted for a few months but I'm coming back.
Reading this forum has influenced me and I wanted to have buy a gaiwan (I think it's the right name).
So I decided to go in Brussel in "asianstreet" (because there's no china town).
Finding the street was a challenge. Fortunately, in my way (not really straight way) to "asianstreet", I found a teashop and bought Nepalese tea.
The seller also gave me a free small pack of "Oolong Milky".
In Chinastreet, I only went to the supermarket because Friends were waiting for me to juggle. There I bought 2 industrial but cheap gaiwan, simple white sencha cups and also asian food for my sister because she's a "manga and asian 'culture' freak".
So let's stop speaking, here are the pictures.
All the cups
0.6€ for a sencha cup
2.6€ The "rice" gaiwan.
7€ The smaller one with 4 cups
I also bought two other cups but I haven't taken any picture of these yet.
And finally a picture of the "Oolong Milky" I recieved.
Yesterday morning, I really enjoyed drinking this one using the small gaiwan and I spent one hour drinking it, smelling the leaves, smelling the tea, looking a the tea leaves and finally did 3 infusions.
If you can't see the pictures, just click here and the will normally appear. If the don't, just have a look in the picasia gallery.
