As a lover of Taiwan High Mountain Oolongs, especially organically grown teas, I can't help thinking that this group has to be one of the best teas that your body can process and use. Fermentation usually creates more accessible nutrition and often easier on your stomach. Many people have a hard time with greens in their stomach. The greener oolongs from Taiwan have got qualities I've never experienced in other teas, but, I guess I'm biased. Teas grown at 2000 metres are going to be different. It would be hard to prove scientifically which teas provide the most potent levels of anti-oxidants, etc., as each person also processes input differently.

Hmm, oolongs, I haven't tried any yet but will definitely get a sample in my next order, which would you recommend as I haven't a clue of which to try.
