I use small (100 ml) teapots a lot. They are not always easy to find and those you find are often very expensive, but there are exceptions, so just continuse the search! The best teashop (IMO) in Stockholm has a lot of 100-150 ml porcelain teapots in good quality, handpainted, from China. My favourite small teapot is a simple Chinese one that I got for 2 dollars on the Swedish Ebay - there is not really a big market for that size so they are not hard to get a low winning bid on! It holds 100 ml and I just love it.

In Pursuit of Tea sells a teaset as well: http://www.inpursuitoftea.com/Yellow_Po ... /xc590.htm
I'm not sure if you would consider a glass teapot, but I've seen them as small as 90ml at local tea shops and online: Rishi has a well-priced tea set with a small glass pot.Measurements
Teapot - 3" H X 3.5" W, holds 4.5 fl oz.
Tasting Cups - 1"H X 2.5"W, holds 1 fl oz.
Sharing Pitcher- 3"H X 3.25"W, holds 5 fl oz.
Red Blossom Tea Co. sells a 5 oz ceramic pot for $18. Looks nice. May be bigger than what you wanted.
