It all depends on the tea. During my final year of summer band camp my senior year of college, I drank cold mugicha (barley tea) all throughout the day because my Japanese teacher informed us that cold mugicha is a much better replenisher of fluids than something like Gatorade. And, she was right. I drank mugicha and water and between the two of those I never got dehydrated or felt like I was on a sugar high. My absolute favorite iced tea to this day is still a nice glass of mugicha ... speaking of which, I should make a pitcher of it. ^_~Zion21 wrote:Hah I dont know how you chain drinkers can do it, especially in the summer heat.
I try to keep steeps moving along throughout the day. The longest lapse is probably the morning between my first tea at home and the first tea at work. So two hours I guess, usually would be the most. And most, ideally.
