My favorite tea this month was actually a tea that I had tried earlier in the year and been underwhelmed by: an old(ish) 2007 ali shan from seven cups. A few days ago I gave it another go--after a lull of a few weeks--and was struck by its complexity. And its stamina. After five infusions it was still going strong. It's interesting how much tea appreciation has to do with me (my patience, attention, etc) and not just the tea. Of course the tea is important too. :)

I started working my way through my first Oolong in May. I usually spend time with the Monkey Picked Oolong about one day per week. :D

Sunday was a coffee only day.
