Da Hong Pao - Getting better every year

by cinaussi » Jun 1st, '09, 16:30

Hi There,

Actually Da Hong Pao is one of the rare teas that can get better every year. It depends a little how it's been stocked. When your tea has not been exposed to warmth or humidity, it should still be good. Just make sure to rinse the leaves and warm the teapot before you taste it.
