Hey guys,
I've always loved drinking tea, but never really made it myself. Had a friend that did it all for me lol. I'm looking to get a good travel tumbler with an infuser. I know that this may not be the most ideal set up (the leaves won't be able to steep freely), but I figure its the most cost effective/practical (I'm always on the move) way for me. I've seen those steel flasks with yixin clay lining and the seem to be great for what I'm looking for. Does anybody have suggestions for a newbie? Thanks in advance for all your help.
Some people have talked about it here: http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?t=9702
I've also looked at the yixing clay lined tumblers but you want to find one that has a filter so can remove your leaves, preventing oversteeping. ( like this one)
If you've already got a nice tumbler or a yixing clay lined tumber with no filter, I recommend trying paper filter (our generous host sales some)

Honestly for someone new to tea the ingenuiTea is a great starting place.
The leaves have plenty of room and it is easy to use. For $19 it's a
great deal and there is a coupon available. I would also get
a double walled travel thermos with or w/o the brew basket.
