You could try this place, they have many teas from all over the world. They are located in the UK.

If you have specific areas of interest, many teachatters could give you more accurate recommendations, as many tea shops are specialized. For example, you can easily order many teas direct form India, China and Japan.

I am a die hard fan of http://www.theteagallery.com/?Click=44.
Email them first for what you like, and they will introduce a good selection and a reasonable international shipping rates.

All good suggestions so far.

Just to add a few:

Fun Alliance, good value everyday teas and a nice selection of fairly inexpensive pots. Kam seems to be fairly honest in his descriptions.

Tea Spring, cheap/free worldwide shipping. Most teas available in small sizes, great Chinese green.

O-Cha, Hibiki-an and Ippodo spring to mind for Japanese tea though there are many others.
