What is the Best Yixing Teapot Shape for Pu-erh Tuo Cha?

by LuYuApostle » Jun 23rd, '09, 02:25

I just saw some amazing pu-erh tuo cha and I want to try it, but I don't know what type of yixing teapot would be best to brew this tea. Any suggestions?

This will possibly burn your fingers off, since puerh need boiling water.

First, The teapot should contain more tea than nomal.
2nd, the round body is better.
3rd, it should be quick when puring pu-erh tea.

all the factor above can get the tea fully brewed and easy for clean.

the style of the teapot like Archaized, ShiPiao, JinLan are all good.
