I found these on Amazon, fairly inexpensive.
The Story of Tea by Mary Lou Heiss and Robert J. Heiss
The Tea Companion by Jane Pettigrew
I really like these two and refer to them several times a week. Tons of info about history, growing, production, drinking and even buying, which is how I found Adagio and TeaChat in the first place:)
Soon I'll be getting First Step to Chinese Puerh Tea by Chan Kam Pong, recommended to me by TomVerlain.

I've been ogling The story of tea in online bookshops from time to time, it's good to get a recommendation from someone who has actually read it! I'll be sure to check out The Tea Companion as well. =)
In other news...the Dong Ding sample from Victoria; I'm on the second infusion and amazed at the viscousness of the brew. It reminds me of some sort of jelly, almost. Very cool.
