Jutlibari Premium is my fav Assam so far. A bit pricey for every purse at USD 21.6 / 100 grams, but worth the try from Golden Tips Tea.

I'm not assuming you don't know how to brew, but I'll throw out Occam's Razor and suggest you're not over steeping the tea. Nothing ruins an Assam for me like running a few seconds over a proper brew. Turns into a beast real quick.
