IngenuiTEA Filter keeps "popping" off

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem. Sometimes while I'm adding hot water, the filter pops off/up my smaller IngenuiTEA and then the tea isn't filtered correctly. It doesn't seem to happen with the larger Iced IngenuiTEA that I also have.

Any advice??

Yes, you can rough up the edge with some scissors (be careful).
Scuff the sides of the filter up and it will stick!
