Hi all--
Been away from the forum for a while and have been missing it (aka you!).
Here's my tea idiosyncrasy: I must begin the day with fresh leaves. Even if there's something tasty and underinfused from yesterday in my gaiwan. I must purge the gaiwan of the old leaves and begin afresh. Sometimes this feels a bit wasteful and weird, but not as weird as starting the day with something from yesterday. It's almost a tea superstition...
