Here it is for about two people
* boil about 3 cups of water
*use a cheese grader to grade fresh ginger(use as much as you want!)
*then add some graded lemon(the skin)
*after add some juice from the lemon
*and add a little honey
ENJOY!

It's definately the right forum - ginger being an herb and all. Happy to see the recipe (I was close to asking on the IM)!
I have some ginger in the fridge - just short a lemon. I know what I'll be drinking tonight (or maybe rather tomorrow - it
