Most of my tea drinking needs to be done during the day, at work. I need convenience. I've used the "tea candy" cakes from the Pu-erh Shop and they worked out OK. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some other good single brew sized cakes.
I know they are not the best quality, but I need convenience.
Thanks
Re: Best mini-cakes?
Why not just either buy loose pu'er, or break up a cake in advance, and store it in a jar or bag? That should be just about as convenient.

So how do you brew it at work?
At home I use a small Halls teapot. I rinse one time then infuse with ~100ml of water till done. Do you do anything different at work?

Re: Best mini-cakes?
I have a theory that the materials that are used to make minis is whatever gets swept off the floor of the tea factory at the end of the day. I tried out those Tibetan "tea coins" once- almost knowing that it would be terrible but giving them the benefit of a doubt. It was the first and last time that I ever gave any tea miniatures the benefit of a doubt.
