Well, there are no guaranTeas that it will help, but as I mentioned yesterday I know of one case where it helped in a big way.

Today seems to be a big tea day for me, and it promises to be a big tea night as we are having many guests.

Fuji the Ultimate, Kaboku, Uji Miyabe, and Jing's Lao Cong Shui Xian.
Edit: my son has been referring to his college break as ``21 days of tea''.

I'll go along with most everyone else and say it can't hurt, and probably does help along with a healthy way of life.

This morning I combined the remains of a sample tin of Keemun Rhapsody and another one of Golden Spring and enjoyed a couple mugs of it. Now I'm drinking some iced Red Rose.

Zencha Sencha the Ultimate currently in the cup. This is really good stuff.

A surprise box just arrived from Adagio. I am going to dive in there shortly.

I doubt the miracles many people claim that tea has, but a good cup always calms my nerves and relaxes me.

Ali shan in my cup today!

What a tea day for me today:

1) Floating Leaves Li Shan
  • amazing stuff that had no trouble going 9 smooth and elegant infusions!
2) and now I have nailed Den's Kunpu
  • for a session of ethereal asamusihiness!
Very interesting how similar the two teas are at heart. The Sencha has more vanilla and cream and the Oolong more flowers, but they share a light taste profile with excellent aroma, viscosity, and aftertaste.
