I always enjoyed watching my older daughter when she played soccer, baseball, and softball, but other than that, I'm not really a sports fan.

I'm a walker, but that isn't really a competitive sport, except for competing against myself! That and the occasional WiiFit session are the extent of my sports participation.

No tea today yet.

I have never been much of a sport person beyond martial arts. I studied kempo karate from the time I was 6 years old up until I went to college. I still go back to the dojo every so often, but after 12 years of study then taking a break for college, I never really got back into it. We are still good friends with the masters who run the school and every year we either help out with or watch the major demonstration that they put on.

I have very little understanding of any other sport despite living in an area where college basketball is absolutely huge. The closest that I have gotten to participating in any other sports is playing in the marching band/field band. As of now, I do yoga on my own and walk my dogs.

I finished off my stash of Yuuki-Yutaka today. It was good while it lasted, but I am more excited to be able to open something new than upset that it is gone.

Woo hoo! Go Cards!

I do enjoy watching sports, but I've noticed that I really only do this while with other people. So to me, watching sports is more of a social thing. I rarely watch sports alone. I don't play many sports either -- I do other things for exercise.

In any case, it's been a beautifully lazy day today! I washed my car (just in time to beat the rain -- it's okay, because I just wanted to scrub off some of the stuff that's been caking on, so rain was a good thing). And I also made it for a run, beat a puzzle video game (which included tea brewing as one of its activities... I should post about that elsewhere), and got organized on some hobby stuff.

Oh, and I finished off my session with the puerhshop's American Hao 0901, and I've shifted to the 0902. It's interesting to taste them back-to-back. I think I'll run through the entire series this week for comparison!

By the way, Sal -- that's a really interesting vase. It looks like it's a clay vase with an ironwork overlay or something?

I don't know what it is made of. I always thought it was wooden, but when I banged the bottom of it today, it sounded more like metal. I think my parents got it in Singapore, but even of that I am not sure.

Whatever it is Sal, one thing is sure it is beautiful, thats such a nice vase.

I have always been into sports much more of playing than watching. I grew up playing pretty much everything, football, soccer, baseball, basketball, bikeing, swimming, tennis, ice/rollar hockey. In seventh grade I had a bad back injury playing football and during that time off some friends got me playing some hockey. That changed my life completely I still play hockey. Trying to keep playing in college next year but its so competitive who knows. To stay in shape I really enjoy bikeing, running, walking and rollar blading.

As far as watching sports I am a big hockey fan. Anyone here a Canuck fan... I hope there arn't any avalanche fans here

Got back from a camping trip too late for tea but had some bagged green tea and herbals the past weekend.

I hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day TD!

I have moved on to Zencha Fuga Limited Edition, this is a good one for novices and so called experts alike.
