Hi,
I'm working on a blog post of the top ten teas to have in a well-rounded tea cabinet...or something to that effect. My idea is to have teas from each of the major categories: black, green, etc. as well as a few herbal infusions.
The problem is, narrowing it down to only ten. Darjeeling or Keemun?
So what would be the top ten teas that you think should be found in a well-rounded cabinet?
Thanks in advance (and of course I'll give you credit

)

Off the cuff:
Long Jing
Keemun
Tie Guan Yin
Wuyi Yancha
Darjeeling
Assam
Aged sheng pu'er
Silver Needle/Bai Hao
Sencha
and some herbal stuff
*I've put little thought into this but I'm not sure, whilst being different, the list would be any better if I had. Maybe stick in a Taiwan high mountain oolong instead of TGY just so I don't leave out Taiwan completely. If you're looking for earl grey, english breakfast type suggestions I'm not your man.
