i was looking through the Dayi/Menghai brochure for their 2007 production. Noticed that they classified some of their tea as "traditional" type, these are probably the ones to keep for long term storage. Dayi actually introduced quite a few new blends in the last few years especially in 2007. Seen comments that these new blends are tweaked for drinking now or in just a few short years.

Re: Birthday Pu
Plan your storage first.
How you want to store it?
Where you want to store it?
Then buy your Pu. You won't be in a dilleama for storage once you can answer these 2 simple questions.
Cheers!
