Aging Teas?

I did a search and couldn't find any topics specifically related to this. If there is one, please point me in the right direction.

I know that some types of teas, namely pu'erh are commonly available as an aged product, as well, others are sold as being harvested from previous years. Is there an accepted method of aging teas that can do myself?

The only thing needed to age teas is, well, time.

However, to store and prepare teas for aging properly is a good deal more complicated, and while there are some wrong answers, I think most people would argue there are no right ones.
