			Good evening everyone,
I'm new to tea and to Adagio, thanks to a dear friend who gave me the ingenuiTEA and some sample tins for Christmas. Never was a regular tea drinker (only when I was sick) I have seen the light.
I am looking for some recommendations for herbal infusions that promote relaxation. I have a sample of the chamomile tisane which I drink before bed to relax me, but I would like to try others. Does anyone have a favorire 'before bed' tea??
Thanks in advance for the help,
Kate

I use mixes of herbs to make my own evening teas. I find that Chamomile mixed with Lemon Grass or Chamomile mixed with Spearmint to be great.

Thanks for the tip! When I get my next order of Chamomile, I'll use some of my Spearmint sample to mix in and let you know what I think.
