Yes, Happy Veterans Day, USA!
And Happy Birthday Brad!
Yeah, lots of green card carrying teawares here. Direct purchase/import Hagi and Tokoname certainly are the most dominant. But also some Chinese as well.
I am currently working with several Japanese "agents" in order to share the Hagi-love with fellow TCers through the Special Offer Program. This has been quite exciting and challenging as we endeavor to create unique and limited offerings. The latest and greatest ... http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=11255 ... still has four pieces available.
Began the TD with Kabuse from O-Cha. I am quite liking this offering. So does SweeTea while Pyrit and Fuji observed today.

Unfortunately all the tea I've bought has been from stores in Canada or the States. I'd love to get tea directly from the source, particularly the chinese greens and oolongs, but there's the shipping costs and I'm also a bit leery of business practices over there.
Right now my cuppa is Celesteial Seasonings CandyCane Lane. And for those of you make 'bleh' faces at the mention of the brand, they actually make rather nice Christmas teas.

The other nice bagged holiday tea is Stash's Holiday Chai. I found it on sale at Wegman's and had a coupon for it so I decided to try it. Surprisingly, it is rather tasty.JillDragon wrote:Right now my cuppa is Celesteial Seasonings CandyCane Lane. As for tea ware, I have a few kyusu from Japan, one from Rikyu, one from Yuuki-cha, and one that my father brought back from Japan while he was visiting there on a business trip.
I was enjoying some Den's Yame Fukamushi so much, that I was shocked that it was all gone. Zuiko in a little while.

Happy Birthday Brad!
I spent way too much time organizing tea today and way too little time drinking it!
