I am trying to find decaffinated Earl Grey Green Tea, but can't seem to locate any. Does anyone know a source? Please?
Steep your tea for 30 seconds, drain, and then steep for slightly less time than normal. This will remove quite a bit of the caffeine and keeps more flavor than industrial decaffeinating. Also if your tea allows for multiple steeping, the second infusion and further should be fairly caffeine free as well.
