Tea and Quitting Smoking
Anyone have any tea suggestions for easing the pain of quitting smoking? I have been sticking with herbal teas (can't handle caffeine now that I've quit
) but I wasn't sure if there was something specific that may help.
Take a look for 'West Lake Stop Smoking Tea' online (info at: http://www.itmonline.org/jintu/smoking.htm), or at your local Chinese apothecary. It has a good reputation within Chinese Medicine.
You might also consider finding an all herbal smoking blend (lobelia, mullein, wild lettuce, etc), to wean yourself from tobacco, while keeping the oral fixation for the timebeing. This can be helpful for some, though others prefer to quit cold turkey.

I disagree with this advice. If you're gonna quit smoking, then quit smoking; don't switch addictions.Jake_Mayer wrote:You might also consider finding an all herbal smoking blend (lobelia, mullein, wild lettuce, etc), to wean yourself from tobacco,
