We are snowed in here in Maryland with about 17 inches of snow so we have been enjoying the Tea all day long.
Throughout the day has been Sencha and some different Oolongs and tonight is Jasmin Oolong .
Stay Warm & Merry Christmas
Chris & Amy

Oh, Happy Birthday Geek!!!
17" of snow in December in Maryland, gotta be a record, Chris. Snowed slowly all day here, might get 6" out of it. At least I was able to just sweep this fluffy snow away.
Finished the TD with Matcha in a Cory Lum Celadon Chawan w/ DW. Well, still drinking SLY (soggy leaf tea) and will break out Mugi sans cha in a bit.

Yea Chip it has just quit snowing but the local weather says maybe another 4 inches by morning.
Still drinking and getting ready to pour a cup of Poet Warrior Tea which is a combination of Japanese Sencha & Gunpowder from China.
Have a great night
Chris

Yes,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEEKGIRL!!!
Wakamatsu matcha this morning, then off to the tea shop today! Had a bowl of Wako there. Then left to do some Holiday shopping. Then went back to the tea shop and had 4 infusions of Pheonix High Mountain Pomelo Blossom Oolong, and finally some beautiful 18yr old sheng looseleaf puerh.
It's been a good tea day.

That's the built in flash ... not liking it so much, but it will do for now.Geekgirl wrote: I missed this, I like it! Is that on-camera flash or the external unit? Whatever it is, neat effect!

Yeah, built in flash is almost always harsh and inadequate, but at least on the dslr cameras it's a little bit farther away from the lens, which helps. Still, I don't use mine much. Only in an "emergency."
