Re: Green Tea may help depression
Ok they said that oolongs and other teas did not have the same results as the green tea did.
Then they say it may be attributed to theanine.
I was always under the impression that quality high mountain oolongs had good amounts of theanine too. Am I wrong?
It sure feels like there's theanine in there, or something that makes me feel gooooood.

Some numbers from an older topic about theanine.churng wrote:I was always under the impression that quality high mountain oolongs had good amounts of theanine too. Am I wrong?
Re: Green Tea may help depression
Maybe it's the placebo effect, but just thinking about green tea puts a smil (back) on my face...
Re: Green Tea may help depression
I was in a pretty pissy mood this evening until I had bacon. I would have to say that bacon is also a pretty effective cure for the blues.

i concur with my colleague re bacon-depression link.
just dont microwave the bacon. our experiments find that it doesnt produce as high bacoanine levels as when bacon is perfused with oil heated with a flaming fire source of heat that caresses the baconanine to expel itself out into solution.
baconanine binds to J3 receptors at the presynaptic junction of N neurons in the galactoneurum and in susceptible individuals (especially carriers of the K393-B01 gene at the 14th chromozome locus p2) it will promote the discharge of rigmarole A across the synapse into the postsynaptic endplate. This increases transmission of a superfluous number of vessicles containing happythoughts per sensori ganglia bilaterally and thus exalting moodity quite efficaciously compared to placebo.

I like my bacon with tea! This explains it!

I take exception to your analysis of this situation! The K393-B01 gene is not the correct location. It is the K393-B02 gene.
