A love affair with Oolong

by Ironica » Jan 5th, '10, 00:40

A few months ago someone at my workplace saw me returning for yet another fill up of hot water for my tea bags and asked me if I had ever tried Oolong teas. I hadn't a clue what he was talking about. He brought me some samples and the rest is history!

I am full swing involved in a love affair with tea! I was given some quality teas for the holiday and since then visited a small boutique and bought a few more. There is something about some of the aged Oolongs and some of the Pu'erh that just tastes so perfect to me. I have been devouring any information I can find about tea and the more I learn the more I realize I know nothing.

I am so glad to find this chat board! I hope to find I'm not the only one completely swept away by tea. :)

That definitely sounds familiar! I've been cramming as much information as possible about tea into my brain the past couple of years, but like you said, the more I learn, the less I feel I know.

Thanks for the warm welcome. :) I'm having fun sipping my tea while I surf the site. Having a hard time keeping focused on work today!
